Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of the service

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

User accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

Intellectual property

Our website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User content

You retain all rights to content you submit, post, or display through our services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content as needed to operate and improve the service.

Billing, subscriptions, and refunds

Subscriptions and one-time credit packs

• Paid subscriptions automatically renew for the billing period shown at checkout until you cancel. You authorize us or our payment service provider to charge the applicable fee at the beginning of each billing period.
• You may cancel at any time by selecting "Manage subscription" under "Dashboard → Plans" and using the payment service provider's customer portal. After cancellation, your subscription benefits will remain available until the end of the current paid period and will not renew thereafter.
• One-time credit packs are single purchases and do not renew automatically. Their validity period and included credits are as stated on the purchase page.

Refund eligibility

Because AI computing resources are consumed immediately when an image is generated, the following refund rules apply unless mandatory law provides otherwise:

• First subscription purchase: You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your first subscription purchase if none of the credits granted with that subscription have been used. As a general rule, the subscription fee is non-refundable once any of the relevant credits have been used.
• Subscription renewals: Renewal charges are generally non-refundable. You may cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next period.
• One-time credit packs: You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if none of the credits in the pack have been used. Credit packs that have been partially or fully used are not eligible for a refund or a prorated refund.
• Duplicate charges or billing errors: If we verify a duplicate charge, incorrect amount, or another billing error caused by us or our payment service provider, we will refund the amount charged in error.
• Material service outages: If the service is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to circumstances within our control, we may provide a prorated refund, credit compensation, or an extension of service based on the extent of the impact.
• Accounts in violation: An account suspended or terminated for violating these Terms or the AIGC Acceptable Use Policy is not entitled to a refund on that basis, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Complimentary, promotional, or compensatory credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed or refunded. Once a refund is approved, any unused credits associated with the refunded transaction will be revoked.

How and when to request a refund

Within the applicable period stated above, send an email from the address registered to your account to support@image2.vip with the subject line "Refund Request." Include your account email address, transaction or order number, purchase date, and reason for the request. We usually acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and complete our review, or notify you of any additional information required, within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method and typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment service provider and card issuer.

This refund policy does not limit any right of withdrawal, refund right, or other statutory right available to you under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Use our services to generate, upload, process, or share any NSFW (Not Safe For Work), adult, sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene content
• Engage in conduct that restricts or inhibits others from using our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or networks
• Use our services to distribute malware or other harmful code

You must also comply with our AIGC Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms and details the six categories of prohibited generated content, our content moderation mechanisms, reporting channels, and enforcement measures.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.

Limitation of liability

In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services.

Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on this page.
